Welcome to St Paul's
We are a friendly suburban parish and it is our aim to be a traditional Anglican Church without being stuffy or conservative. As a sacramental church and believing that God is experienced through material things are proud of our simple modern church on one of the most scenic sites in the city overlooking the blue waters of Algoa Bay, the North End lake and the new 2010 Soccer Stadium.
The church has a modern office complex, comfortable small Conference Room facilities, a Hall that is used for dancing, conferences, many social functions, weddings and Sunday School.
The church building with a modern exterior and a traditional interior is set in beautiful grounds. Our aim is to be a church that is in and available to the local community and are therefore involved with the hospital, schools and police force in the area. We host many services for army, air force and naval organisations and have a strong social action ministry.
We are a people centered church with about 75% of our congregation involved in some or other ministry in the parish.
